Racial Justice

Mission

Our mission is to educate and equip the Church to serve our diverse community by seeking and sharing knowledge in matters of racial justice and using that knowledge to engage with and impact our community and city.

Vision

Therefore, the Church will walk humbly with our God as we:

Submit ourselves to God, asking for his wisdom, forgiveness and healing;

Explore ways racism exists among us and in our community and society;

Admit  that racism exists among us and in our community and society;

Submit to one another out of reverence for Christ (Eph. 5:21) by intentionally building relationships that will break down racial barriers; and

Commit to moving from integration to reconciliation and to using knowledge about matters of racial justice to engage with and impact our community and city.
