ANSWER: Yes, you can call after hours. The phone will be set on night ring which allows you to leave a message in the church office or if you remain on the line, the prompt will guide you through the different extensions.

ANSWER: Call the church office and you will be put in touch with someone who can help.
If I need personal assistance with food or clothing, whom do I call?
ANSWER: Call the church office. Food boxes are available for families. An appointment for the clothes closet, open Monday 9:00-10:00 AM, will be scheduled.

| 16. How do I submit a check request? |
ANSWER: Check Requests are located in the church office work room our you can CLICK HERE for a form. Any staff member can help if you are having trouble. Please complete the requested information and have the ministry leader authorize with their signature. Only budgeted items will be approved for reimbursement. Please attach all receipts necessary to document the expenditure. Once completed, please place in Kay Walker's box located in the copy room or leave with Debbie Allen at the front desk. Checks are cut each Wednesday afternoon.
