Church Office Closing

To further combat the spread of COVID-19, the city of Memphis has issued a Safer at Home Order which took effect Tuesday, March 24, at 6 PM and runs through midnight April 7, 2020. The Civil Emergency Directive also includes closure of non-essential businesses.  The White Station shepherds have chosen to close the church office in their care for our ministers and staff and in compliance with Mayor Strickland's request as a continued way to love our neighbors by doing our part to keep the virus from spreading.

The Ministry Team and White Station staff will be working from home and are available to assist you in any way possible.  Contact us at office@cocws.org to let us know how we can help you or if you have any questions.  Prepackaged communion wafer and juice sets can still be picked up on the porch of the CLC, Mon - Fri, 9:00 AM - 4 PM.  Your contribution to the ministries of White Station can be made online or mailed to 1106 Colonial Road, Memphis TN  38117.

Join us for our online worship service this Sunday at 10:15 AM by going to our website at cocws.org.

CLC Cancellations

The Community Life Center is taking the proactive and precautionary step of suspending all public activities from Friday, March 13th through Saturday, April 11th. We tentatively plan to resume activities Monday, April 13th.

Prayer Request on Behalf of Dr. Jim Wheless

I request that at 9 pm CST, we all pray for relief from the current pandemic, wisdom for those developing and testing new treatments and good health and calm for those in the health care field. In my 45 years of medicine I have never seen a time with so many anxious colleagues and co-workers at the hospital. They need to know they are being prayed for daily. Thanks for supporting in prayer these health professionals.
