Shirley Sternberg Geiger (Karen Hubbard's mom) -- Ovarian Cancer 3rd time. Cheers!! Received chemo. Prayers requested for comfort in side effects. Also, for good results on the P.E.T. scan on 5/31/17.
*Kathy Geisel, cousin of Rob Bell & Margie Bell, (Lifesavers) beginning 3rd week of chemo & radiation in Dallas and thankfully doing pretty well.  Please continue prayers on her behalf.
Debbie Hepler, sister of Brad Barber (FaithWalk), prayers for increased response to stem cell treatment & physical therapy.
Rusudan Hopman (former WS member) & toddler Luke will be traveling to see her grandmother Khutsishvilli & family in Georgia Republic.  Her grandfather, Temo, passed 5/16. Please pray for peace & safety on their trip.
Larry McCormack, father of Laren McCormack. Continued prayers are appreciated for his healing and comfort & peace for the family.

Vicki Vandiveer (former WS member), requests prayers for results of thyroid ultrasound and for save travels for her son, James Vandiveer and his new wife as they travel from Belgium to see her.

Grover Vaughn, father of Coretta Vaughn (Seekers), has bone cancer.  Continued prayers for health are requested.
James Williams, brother of Barbara Taylor (Joint Heirs), diagnosed with bladder cancer and will begin radiation treatments soon in Tacoma, WA.  Prayers are requested.


*We express our sympathy to Teena Williams (Lifesavers) on the death of her niece, Beverly Gooch on May 19.  The funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 27 in Detroit, MI.

What's Going On Next Sunday, June 4th?

*Next Sunday, June 4th, begins our Sunday morning schedule change and something special has been planned for our church family.  Hope you will make plans to join us!

  • 8:30 AM      Breakfast will be served in the CLC Gym.  Just bring your appetite!
  • 9:00 AM      A combined adult bible class will take place in the CLC Gym. 
                        WSYG will also be a part of the combined bible class in the GYM
                        Children's classes, nursery through 6th grade, will take place in their
                         classrooms in the Education Building.
  • 10:15 AM   Worship in the Auditorium, a traditional worship service
                       Worship in the Fellowship Hall, a contemporary worship experiences
                       Iglesia de Cristo will worship in the Chapel

    If you are able and willing to help serve and set-up for breakfast, come to the CLC Gym around 7:30 AM.  We can always use the help.  We are grateful for all those that have been a part of making this an exceptional kick-off event for the new summer schedule!

Upright Freezer Needed

*Due to an equipment failure, the White Station Food Pantry is in immediate need of an upright freezer.  If you have one available in good service that is 20 cubic feet or greater, please contact Clay Fowler in the church office (901) 761-2007 or

Senior Ministry Event
